SEASON PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Quantities are limited
- Previous season pass holders are not eligible for the discounted renewal rates, these are exclusively for current 23/24 pass holders only. However, previous pass holder can reload their existing pass at NEW rates (excluding the $5 RFID card fee) via our Call Center 604-986-2261 (option 6)
- Pass Protection/90 Day Guarantee must be purchased at the time of Season Pass purchase, or by November 15, 2024. Pass Protection covers guests from the start date of your pass: Spring 2023 (if purchased) to the end of 24/25 season. Once a Spring pass has been activated/used, the value of the Spring pass will be deducted from any future claim amounts
- Season Pass deferrals from the 24/25 season are available up until November 15, 2024. Deferrals will not be accepted/processed past this date. Season Passes may be deferred a maximum of 2 times per guest. No further deferrals will be processed after the second deferral.
- Mt Seymour’s 90 Day Guarantee provides the assurance that if the winter season is reduced to less than 90 days due to unavailable terrain, 1% of the original Season Pass value will be credited for every day not operational under 90 days up to 90%. This monetary credit, based on the original Season Pass value, will be applied to the following year’s Season Pass
- All sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE unless the Pass Protection/90 Day Guarantee was purchased and your claim is eligible as per the Terms & Conditions of the Pass Protection/90 Day Guarantee policy
- Season Pass benefits do NOT apply to already discounted products & rates, including Corporate and Industry passes
- The age of the season pass holder on November 1, 2024, must correspond with the category of the season pass purchased for the 2024/2025 season. If a season pass is purchased after November 1, 2024, then the current age of the pass holder applies
- If you have an existing 23/24 Mt Seymour Season Pass RFID card, save the $5 card fee by renewing online for 24/25 season passes, or over the phone if you have a 21/22 or 22/23 Season pass. Lift Ticket, 3Ski and Spring Pass RFID cards are NOT eligible for Season pass renewal.
- Students must be full-time (12+ credits / 3+ classes per week) for the duration of the 2024/2025 fall OR winter semester. A Student enrollment letter stating your name, name of your course/studies, the semester dates enrolled, and number of credits must be received prior to your pass being activated. Paid co-op/internships/apprenticeships, paid placements or residencies, masters, PhD & Graduate programs are NOT eligible for the Student pass. Are you eligible
- Family Season Passes are restricted to one purchase per household, and all pass holders must reside at the same address
- All Season Pass Holders must sign a Release of Liability prior to obtaining their pass. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of children or youth under the age of 19
- Mt Seymour is not responsible for the amount of usage by the pass holder
- A photo will be taken and kept on file for all Season Pass Holders
- I will present my Season Pass for inspection upon request
- If I lose or break my Season Pass, I will notify Mt Seymour immediately, and if the pass is not found, I will be required to pay a $15 replacement fee. I understand that Mt Seymour reserves the right to deny pass reprints
- If I forget my Season Pass, on the first occasion I can receive a complimentary Area Pass, but on all subsequent occasions I will be required to pay a $5 fee
- Season Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility code or any of our other Terms & Conditions
- Use of this season pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the season pass, including the creation of counterfeit passes will result in suspension or cancellation of that pass as well as fines of up to $500 to the pass holder and any other individuals involved. Pass holders may also incur further consequences up to and including legal action
- The personal information that you provide when purchasing your season pass is collected for processing your season's pass application, delivering information and materials related to your season's pass purchase, for other promotional purposes, and for contact purposes in case of emergency. This information is collected for Mt Seymour’s internal use and will not be disclosed except as may be permitted or required by law
- Season pass holders who do not show up for their reserved time slots three times, will have their season pass blocked for the following two weekends
