BUDDY PASS FAQ's
Here's what you need to know to book your 20% off buddy pass online:
- Send your buddy a link to this page of our website.
- Your buddy will need your unique Buddy Pass Gift Code.
- This gift code is unique to you, and can only be used once per day.
Please note: If your gift code is found in the public domain or on social media, it will be deactivated, please keep this between you and your buddies.
How do I find by Buddy Pass Gift Code?
- If you purchased your Season Pass online, this can be found on your purchase confirmation (select the blue button 'View Tickets' on your receipt to find it).
- Every time you make a Season Pass Reservation online, it will also appear on that confirmation too.
- If you renewed your Season Pass this year, it will be the same Buddy Pass Gift Code you were issued last season.
- Reach out to the Guest Experience team via our Live Chat or 604.986.2261 option 6.
Can I book my buddy a pass, or do they need to book it themselves?
It's better if your buddy books their lift ticket themselves, so that they can log into their own account, complete their own waiver, or reload their own RFID card. You can provide your gift code to as many buddies as you wish, but it is only valid for one use per day.
Why is your gift code different to your pass WTP number you use when making a reservation?
If you were to lose your season pass and get a replacement your WTP number would change. This gift code is attached to your guest profile, and stays with you all season.
