The Season Pass & Ticket Office opens 30-minutes prior to the lift operating times. Rentals opens 1-hour prior to the lift operating times.
*Brockton chair will be open April 3-5 and 11-12. Brockton chair and terrain park operating hours can differ, see Today's Conditions and Hours for more info.

Gatehouse Hours of Operation
Winter - November-April:
The Mount Seymour Road is closed between 10pm and 7am daily.
On occasion, the road may be closed outside of normal hours due to extreme weather conditions. Notices will be posted on this website and on illuminated traffic signs leading up to the gatehouse at the bottom of the mountain.
Summer - May-October:
The gatehouse at the entrance to Mount Seymour Provincial Park, at the bottom of the hill, is not in operation May-October, therefore the park is accessible at any time.
Overnight parking permitted in parking lots P1 or P2. The gate above P2 is closed dusk-dawn, but the trails are still accessible on foot. A notice on the dash of your vehicle must be visible stating the owner's name and contact number, emergency contact number, destination & number of hikers/campers, and your expected return date/time.
