Mt Seymour Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Pass Protection was purchased. See more information about our Pass Protection Policy
Lift tickets, rentals, and tickets for all other activities on the mountain are also non-refundable with no rain checks. Please see more information on our Terms & Conditions
If you have a valid claim, please complete this form and allow up to two weeks for a response from our claims department.
Please note: We ask that you DO NOT submit a Season Pass claim due to insufficient snow/lack of use of your pass. We have collectively offered discounted reload passes as a resolve to the season's conditions. All claims on 23/24 season items must be completed with relevant documentation provided before June 30th.
