Mt Seymour Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Pass Protection was purchased. See more information about our Pass Protection Policy 

Lift tickets, rentals, and tickets for all other activities on the mountain are also non-refundable with no rain checks. Please see more information on our Terms & Conditions 

If you have a valid claim, please complete this form and allow up to two weeks for a response from our claims department.

Please note: All claims on 25/26 season items must be submitted with full documentation recieved by June 15th, 2026.
