Corporate Season Passes
A Corporate Season Pass consists of one unique gift code. Gift codes are assigned per company; how you distribute and manage the code among your employees is up to you. Each gift code can be used to book one lift ticket per day, on any day of the season.
In some circumstances, we allow the exchange of goods and services for Corporate Season Passes. If you or your company is interested in exchanging goods or services rather than purchasing a Corporate Season Pass, fill out the form below. If Mt Seymour agrees to an exchange, all products must be delivered to Mt Seymour by December 11, 2026, after that date, Corporate Season Passes are only available to purchase.
Corporate Pass - Gift Code Rules
- Gift codes cannot be resold. If we find a gift code being sold, it will be voided and the Corporate Pass will be revoked - no replacement will be issued.
- Lift ticket availability is subject to public inventory, so we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your visit date. Advance bookings open when Mt Seymour releases season inventory, typically from early December. Same-day bookings are also accepted, subject to availability.
- Lift tickets are non-transferable - they must be used by the person named at the time of booking.
- If the person who booked the lift ticket can no longer use it, they must cancel their booking. Once cancelled, the gift code can be reused to book another ticket for the same date.
- If a booking is not cancelled and goes unused, that day's use is forfeited and cannot be rebooked.
- A lift ticket waiver of liability is required once per season, per person, at the time of their first booking.
- All gift code use is tracked by Mt Seymour; we can see which date and which person used the gift code.
- If you suspect your gift code has been compromised or is being misused, contact us to have it voided and a replacement issued.
- Gift codes can be used in two ways:
- To book a non-reload lift ticket, which you collect from one of the 3 on-hill pick-up boxes using the QR code sent at the time of booking.
- To reload an existing lift ticket, in which case you can go straight to the lift.
