Guest Experience Call Center Representative

Job Type: Full & Part Time available

Location: On-hill/remote. Full time staff have the option to work 2-4 days per week from home. Part time staff must work at least 1 day per week on hill. 

Start date: Mid-November 2022

Reporting to the Guest Experience Call Centre Supervisors, the Guest Experience Call Centre Representative is responsible for performing the day-to-day tasks required in the operation of the Guest Experience department. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, answering general inquiries about the products and services available, you will process sales of season passes, tickets, rental equipment, ski and snowboard lessons & camps all while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will also assist in replying to guest emails and processing guest inquiries via our online Live Chat. Upon completion of training, shifts will be a mixture of on-hill and working from home.



  • You would enjoy helping our guests find and purchase their tickets and products in a quick and smooth process.
  • You are comfortable and effective at communicating with guests over the phone.
  • You are able to work shifts on-hill, as well as having an appropriate 'work from home' environment.
  • You have a high attention to detail and strong admin skills.
  • You can seamlessly complete tasks while dealing with challenging conversations.
  • You love to ski or snowboard, or want to learn, and want to ski, snowboard, snowshoe, toboggan, or tube for FREE all season long, and enjoy many more great staff perks 
  • You want to share the stoke with our guests and keep the energy high.



  • A positive and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly & professional phone etiquette.
  • Previous experience in a guest service or sales position (phone based customer service experience considered an asset).
  • A dedicated and quiet 'work from home' space, with reliable internet connection (if choosing to work remotely, on-hill shifts available if preferred).
  • Good computing skills and the capacity to learn new operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Siriusware Point of Sale (POS) is considered an asset.
  • Positive attitude and self-starter with great initiative 
  • Supportive team member 
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in busy environments 
  • Ability to learn and take on many new tasks quickly 
  • Flexibility in your schedule during high volume periods of the winter season.



  • Seasonal, November 2022 to March or April 2023
  • Opportunities for continued work throughout the Summer may be available 
  • Must be available weekends, holidays and some evenings 
  • Must be available to attend all on-hill training dates
  • Must adhere to all Covid-19 protocols currently in place by Mt Seymour (if applicable)
