Season Pass Deferment

Feeling uneasy about Covid-19?

All 2020/21 Season Pass holders now have the option to defer their 2020/21 season pass to the 2021/22 season, up until November 15, 2020.  Season Pass Holders can also exchange their Unlimited Season Pass for a Value Season Pass if preferred. Read more about our Value Season Pass here.

Our priority is to keep all of our staff and guests safe, and be able to offer a positive guest experience. We are preparing for all eventualities, so that we can adapt quickly in the case of evolving government guidelines. If we feel that restricting access for our pass holders will be necessary, we will share what that means for you, prior to November 15, so that you can make an informed decision whether to keep your 2020/21 Season Pass or defer to the 2021/22 season.

After November 15, 2020, our usual refund policy will apply. Mt Seymour offers a Pass Insurance/60 Day Guarantee add-on that would cover your Season Pass for a refund (pro-rated) in the event of injury or relocation, or a credit, redeemable against your season pass for the following season, if the season duration is less than 60 days due to no snow or Covid-19. Without purchasing this add-on, all of our Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our Season Pass Insurance/60 Day Guarantee is available to purchase during the check-out process, or if you already have a Season Pass, you have until November 15, 2020 to add it on here.

We look forward to seeing you all back on the slopes soon!
