Thank you for your interest in our school lesson programs! This page has been updated with new information for the 2026 season.
A link to our booking request webform will be posted here in mid-June. The webform will ask for the number of students and how many will be taking ski vs snowboard lessons. All booking requests must be submitted through the webform.
At Mt Seymour, students enjoy learning to ski and snowboard in engaging group lessons that prioritize both safety and fun. Our certified instructors provide expert care to groups of around 8 students (though class sizes may vary). With our pre-set rental equipment, students can gear up quickly and get outside. Our 4-day programs are perfect for developing skills, building confidence, and creating lifelong memories.
We’re proud to offer what many consider the best beginner terrain on the North Shore. The Goldie Meadows learning area features Vancouver’s only covered magic carpet. Lodge Chairlift is a comfortable four-seater with a loading conveyor that makes it easier for those new to chairlifts. The high-speed Mystery Peak Express Chairlift offers access to a variety of intermediate and advanced runs.

School chaperones are required to accompany students on the slopes and are responsible for their care during this time. Students are prohibited from accessing terrain parks.

UPDATED TERMS & cONDITIONS
We've updated our terms and conditions to match other programs at Mt Seymour.
A single payment of 100% of the total amount is due 4 weeks before the first lesson. We accept school cheques, EFT, or credit cards.
If the organizer confirms a student’s absence is due to illness or injury, we will provide a gift code for a lift ticket (and rental, if purchased) valid for the current season. No refunds will be issued. Students who miss a lesson for other reasons will not receive a gift code or refund.
Please note that other terms and conditions may change as well.
Incentives
For every 8 students enrolled in lessons, one chaperone can ski or ride for free once lessons have begun. Additional chaperones can purchase discounted lift tickets and rentals on-hill.
Separate from lift tickets for chaperones on lesson days, the school group's organizer will receive two lift tickets, valid for the 2026 season.
For larger groups, we offer additional perks:
100-199 (students x lesson days): Earn 10 more lift tickets.
200-299 (students x lesson days): Earn 20 more lift tickets.
300-399 (students x lesson days): Earn 30 more lift tickets.
400+ (students x lesson days): Earn 40 more lift tickets.
Multiply the number of students by the number of lesson days to determine your total. For example, if you bring 60 students for a 2-day program, your total is 120 (60 x 2), qualifying you for a total of 12 lift tickets!
