This program is intended for new Canadians and families. Participants will learn about the history of snowshoeing in Canada while embarking on a scenic stroll through snowy trails. Guests will come away from the experience having gained knowledge of what plants and animals exist in their new backyard and how to enjoy Canadian winters.
Baby and Me | 1.5 hours
This snowshoe series is designed for parents with babies, by parents with babies.
Parents and caregivers are invited to enjoy a relaxed 90-minute guided snowshoe tour created especially for those adventuring with little ones. Led by qualified, family-focused guides, this experience offers a supportive, social, and fun atmosphere, with helpful tips for recreating outdoors with a baby. The pace is gentle, the trails are safe and well maintained, and the focus is on connection with nature, your baby, and other parents. Parents are required to carry their baby (not designed for strollers or older children).
