TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All Spring Pass sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No rain checks - we do not offer refunds in the event of rain, snow, lack thereof or poor visibility. Guests are responsible for checking on weather conditions prior to visit.
- Pass is valid from March 6-April 13, 2025 or end of season. End of season date is subject to change based on weather conditions or operational changes.
- Resort operating hours for April 7-11 will be 1pm-9pm.
- Mt Seymour is not responsible for usage by the pass holder.
- A photo will be taken and kept on file for all Spring Pass Holders.
- Spring Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility code or any of our other Terms & Conditions.
