On busy days, our website uses a virtual queueing system. At 11am, you will be assigned a space in the waiting room until those ahead of you have completed their purchase. If you enter our site prior to 11am, you may be held in a pre-queue, but there is no advantage in trying to purchase before 11am.

- Have a thorough read of all the multi-day camps offered at mtseymour.ca
- Camps are based on age and ability level. If you need assistance in selecting the right camp, our team are available to take your calls between 9:00AM-4:00PM daily at 604-986-2261, option 6.
- Decide which camp/s you want to book, including your first, second and third choices. Camps sell quickly and this will help you navigate our website on the day, and give you a better chance of securing one of your preferred choices.
- Check you can successfully access your Guest Profile before the camps go on sale.

- Are your details correct?
- Are all camp participants linked to your account?
- There can only be one Primary Guest per household, who will be able to access all members linked. This should be the purchaser.
If you encounter any error, need to change your primary guest, or to link any members, please call us well ahead of launch day at 604.986.2261, option 6, or email at info@mtseymour.ca.
CANCELLATION POLICY
· With 2+ weeks notice you can reschedule your camp (subject to availability) with no penalty, or cancel your camp for a refund minus a $25 admin fee.
· Within 2 weeks no reschedules or refunds are available.
