Title: Gatehouse Attendant
Department: Mountain Operations    
Reports to: Facilities Manager

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Gatehouse Attendant is responsible for providing security to the park through our controlled entry point after closing hours and recording information from the entrance of the park road during night hours. You will provide guests with Mt Seymour Resorts & Mount Seymour Provincial Park information. This is a graveyard shift position.

THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

• You can physically carry approximately 30lbs of equipment for up to 150 meters
• You are willing to work in all weather conditions and shovel snow periodically
• You can remain alert during graveyard shifts
• You can work in a fast-paced environment

ASSETS

• You have experience with security enforcement
• You have your Traffic Control Person Certificate
• You have participated in Verbal Judo Training before
• You have Building Security Training

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 

• 10-hour graveyard shift – Wednesday - Saturday
• Seasonal position, December through to mid-April
• Hourly wage
