Administration Coordinator - School Programs

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Title: Administration Coordinator – School Programs  

Reports to: Schools and Groups Manager  

Department: Marketing & Sales 

 

Summary of Responsibilities:  

Reporting to the School and Groups Manager, the Administration Coordinator – School Programs is responsible for supporting the Sales Department in the administration of school programs, with a focus on ski and snowboard lessons. The Coordinator works within the School & Groups team to manage guests and build Mt Seymour’s customer base. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Keep Mt Seymour’s core purpose, ambition and values in mind: We exist to create wow experiences!
  • Support schools before and after their visit through phone and email communication, assisting school organizers with the student registration process, sending registration reports and invoices, and updating the shared calendar and documents.
  • Maintain open communication with Snow School, Rentals, and other departments to ensure schools receive the programs and services they have booked.
  • Update internal shared documents to maintain accurate information. 
  • Assist with the arrival of schools during peak periods. Other related duties as needed.

 

Requirements:  

  • Excited about winter sports and outdoor activities
  • Previous customer service and sales experience
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Good organization and time management
  • Experience with children’s programs and/or working in an educational setting an asset
  • Knowledge of the winter recreation industry an asset 

 

Terms of Employment:  

  • Position Type: Seasonal, full-time
  • Wage: $22 per hour 
  • Employment Period: November 9, 2026 to March 12, 2027
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday. Shifts typically start at around 8:30 AM. Working hours are expected to be:
    • 30-40 hours per week throughout the season 
    • 20-32 hours during the final week of employment (March 8 to 12)
