Donation Requests

Mt. Seymour Resorts is dedicated to providing memorable experiences that enrich and rejuvenate our communities. We are thankful for the opportunity to support so many charities and non-profit organizations in their fundraising goals.

To make a donation request, please complete the form below. All completed donation request forms are reviewed based on specific criteria by our Community Giving Department. Organizations whose requests have been approved will receive an email.

 

Donation Criteria and Guidelines:

  • Requests are received a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date. Considerations will be given to organizations that submit their request with increased notice.
  • No monetary donations will be given.
  • Donated products and services are valid for the season in which they are given. Expiry date extensions will not be provided.
  • Organizations reside in communities that surround Mt. Seymour Resorts.
  • Fundraising goals support social causes, including the health and well-being of children and families, arts, education and athletics.

 

Mt. Seymour Resorts may decline donation requests that meet the above criteria when we have met our budget commitment.
