Season Pass Terms & Conditions

As a Season Passholder at Mt Seymour, I understand and hereby agree to the terms and conditions of carriage as follows:


  • Quantities are limited
  • Pass Insurance/60 Day Guarantee must have been purchased at the time that the Season Pass was purchased.
  • Mt Seymour’s 60 Day Guarantee provides the assurance that if the winter season is reduced to less than 60 days due to unavailable terrain, 1% of the original Season Pass value will be credited for every day not operational under 60 days up to 60%. This monetary credit, based on the original Season Pass value, will be applied to the following year’s Season Pass.
  • All sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE unless the Pass Insurance/60 Day Guarantee was purchased and your claim is eligible as per the Terms & Conditions of the Pass Insurance/60 Day Guarantee policy.
  • Season Pass benefits do NOT apply to group rates or group bookings including Birthday Party bookings.
  • The age of the season pass holder on November 1, 2020, must correspond with the category of the season pass purchased for the 2020/2021 season. If a season pass is purchased after November 1, 2020, then the current age of the pass holder applies.
  • ** If you have an existing Mt Seymour RFID card, save the $5 card fee by reloading your existing pass online.
  • *** Students must be full time students (3 or more classes) for the duration of the 2020/2021 fall or winter semester (whichever semester is relevant on the day you pick up your pass) and must provide a Student Timetable stating your name, class and semester dates, valid Student ID AND Government ID. Distance, online, paid co-op/internships, PhD & Graduate programs are no longer eligible.  Student Season Passes are not eligible for online reload, passes must be issued in person to ensure proof of enrollment is verified.
  • Family Season Passes restricted to one purchase per household, and all pass holders must reside at the same address.
  • All Season Pass Holders must sign a Release of Liability prior to obtaining their pass. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of children or youth under the age of 19.
  • Mt Seymour is not responsible for the amount of usage by passholder.
  • All passes must be picked up in person. Passes cannot be collected on behalf of another individual, even children.
  • A photo will be taken and kept on file for all Season Pass Holders
  • I will present my Season Pass for inspection upon request.
  • If I lose or break my Season Pass, I will notify Mt Seymour immediately, and if the pass is not found, I will be required to pay a $15 replacement fee. I understand that Mt. Seymour reserves the right to deny pass re-prints.
  • If I forget my Season Pass, on the first occasion I can receive a complimentary Area Pass, but on all subsequent occasions I will be required to pay a $5 fee.
  • Season Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility code or any of our other Terms & Conditions.
  • Use of this season pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the season pass, including the creation of counterfeit passes will result in cancellation of that pass as well as fines of up to $500 to the pass holder and any other individuals involved. Pass holders may also incur further consequences up to and including legal action.
  • The personal information that you provide when purchasing your season pass is collected for processing your season's pass application, delivering information and materials related to your season's pass purchase, for other promotional purposes, and for contact purposes in case of emergency. This information is collected for Mt Seymour’s internal use and will not be disclosed except as may be permitted or required by law.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Release Agreement”)
All Mt Seymour passes are sold subject to the Mt Seymour Release Agreement. This Release Agreement is between the Passholder and MT SEYMOUR RESORTS LTD. and its directors, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, suppliers, hosts, volunteers, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter referred as the "Releasees").
By signing this Release Agreement you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident.

Electronic Transactions Act of British Columbia, SBC 2001, C:10 provides that a contract may be entered into by clicking on an appropriately designated icon on a computer screen, as is provided for this web site! Persons purchasing a season pass for another, accept the Release Agreement as agent of the passholder. Please provide the passholder a copy of this Release Agreement or have the passholder read the agreement online.
