Rental Service Staff

We are looking for F/T and P/T  Rental Service Staff,  this position performs a variety of tasks within the Rental Shop including boot fitting and guest services.  You must enjoy dealing with guests in a fast paced environment. 

Duties

  • Compliance with all Mount Seymour policies and procedures as set out in the Employee Handbook.
  • To utilize safe and efficient methods while assisting guests with a variety of ski and snowboard equipment and clothing rentals.
  • Ensure that a high standard of service is provided to guests and staff on Mt Seymour.
  • Maintain a clean and well organized work area.
  • Ensure all rental forms / paperwork is completed in an accurate and neat manner.
  • Provide great guest service to all Mt Seymour guests.
  • Provide guests with information as required.
  • Other related duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Some prior knowledge of skiing and/or snowboarding or equipment.
  • The ability to work well In a busy work environment
  • Ability to be a supportive team member.
  • Ideally able to ski or snowboard.

 

Terms of Employment

Seasonal position late November thru to mid-April – possible earlier start date for some positions.

Hourly wage.
