Have trouble getting up in the morning? Sunlight hurts your eyes? … Maybe our new Night Pass is for you.

Valid from January 3 to the end of the season, the Night Pass is your ticket to unlimited evening skiing and snowboarding after 5pm with the city lights twinkling beneath you. No skis or snowboard? You can combine it with a Night Rental Pass. 

Pick up your Night Pass the first time you visit Mt Seymour after January 2, 2019.

Please note: The Night Pass is a bare bones pass. It is not valid for any mountain reciprocal deals,  no pass holder benefits, no discounts on lessons or camps and cannot be used to redeem any pass holder promotions.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Valid everyday, after 5pm, from January 3, 2019, until the end of the season.
  • Ages 13+
  • A Night Rental Pass can only be purchased with a Night Pass.
  • Not valid for Season Pass Holder Benefits or Reciprocals
  • Non-transferable & Non-refundable.
  • Quantities are limited.
  • All Night Pass Holders must sign a Release of Liability prior to obtaining their pass. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of children under the age of 19.
  • Night Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility code.
  • Pass Insurance must be purchased concurrently with the Night Pass and cannot be added on after. Please follow the link to read more about our Pass Insurance Policy.
  • Photo ID will be taken for all Passes.
  • All passes must be picked up in person. Pass printing for 2018/2019 Night Passes will begin after January 2, 2018
  • Night Passes expire at season’s end on, or before April 30.
  • Night Passes must be shown for inspection upon request.
  • Mt Seymour will not be responsible for the amount of usage by pass holder.
  • If lost, a $65 REPROCESSING FEE will be required to re-print a Night Pass. Mt. Seymour reserves the right to deny pass reprints at our discretion.
  • Use of your Night Pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the pass, including the creation of counterfeit passes will result in cancellation of that pass as well as fines of up to $500 to the pass holder and any other individuals involved. Pass holders may also incur further consequences up to and including legal action.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
(hereinafter referred to as the “Release Agreement”)
All Mt Seymour passes are sold subject to the Mt Seymour Release Agreement. This Release Agreement is between the Passholder and MT SEYMOUR RESORTS LTD. and its directors, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, suppliers, hosts, volunteers, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter referred as the "Releasees").
By signing this Release Agreement you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident.

Electronic Transactions Act of British Columbia, SBC 2001, C:10 provides that a contract may be entered into by clicking on an appropriately designated icon on a computer screen, as is provided for this web site! Persons purchasing a season pass for another, accept the Release Agreement as agent of the passholder. Please provide the passholder a copy of this Release Agreement or have the passholder read the agreement online.
