Reports to: Guest Experience Supervisors & Managers

 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisors, the Guest Experience Representative is responsible for performing the day-to-day tasks required in the operation of the Guest Experience department. Working in some or all areas of the department (including the Season Pass & Ticket Office, Rental Desk, Guest services Huts, and Snowplay ticket booth), the Guest Experience Representative will answer general inquiries about the products and services available and will process sales of passes, rentals, lessons & camps, and will ensure guest satisfaction.

You would enjoy helping our guests purchase their tickets and products in a quick and smooth process.

You work well in a fast paced and high-volume environment.

You can seamlessly complete tasks while dealing with challenging situations.

You are accurate with payment transactions.

You want to share the stoke with our guests and keep the energy high.

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

A positive and friendly attitude with excellent listening & communication skills.

Previous guest facing customer service experience.

Good computing skills and the capacity to learn new operating systems.

Available weekends and holidays, as well as some evenings.

Flexibility in your schedule during high volume periods of the winter season.

Ability to attend training mid-November 2021.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Seasonal position, December thru to mid-April.

Hourly wage.

Complimentary Season’s pass and shuttle bus pass.
