The Mt Seymour Food & Beverage Department prepares and serves delicious meals and snacks in The Rock Chute Restaurant, Grillwork’s cafeteria -style restaurant or Harolds Cafe. This department offers a variety of positions to suit a wide set of skills.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Servers
  • Grillworks Cashier
  • Bartender
  • Cook/Linecooks
  • Dishwasher

 

We are also hiring for the following Supervisory positions:

  • Server Supervisor - If you have previous serving experience and enjoy interacting with people in a high-volume pub style restaurant, this is a great position for you. Must be 19 years of age or older and have “Serving it Right” certificate.
  • Grillworks Supervisor - We are looking for someone to oversee the front line serving staff in our Cafeteria Style restaurant. This is a fast-paced kitchen that requires someone with experience working in this type of environment. Strong customer service is an asset.
  • Harold’s Café Supervisor - Our popular Café at the Enquist Lodge is seeking a supervisor to oversee the day to day activities of the front-line staff. Previous serving, cash handling and customer service is required.
  • Sous Chef - Rock Chute and Grillworks - your main responsibility will be to supervise all kitchen duties and report to the Food and Beverage manager.
