SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Shuttle Bus Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination of the safe and efficient execution of the Mt Seymour Shuttle Bus Program. You are responsible for pre-trip inspections, transporting guests during overflow departures, and high-volume shuttle bus coordination at the three pick-up locations (Mt Seymour Shuttle Bus Stop, Parkgate Library Shuttle Stop, and the Passenger Loading Zone adjacent to the Rupert Skytrain Station). You will support the shuttle bus drivers with the loading and unloading, and ticket validation as well as organizing and maintaining the shuttle pick-up locations and answering guest questions. This role is extremely safety sensitive as the drivers are operating large vehicles through mountainous terrain with various weather conditions and scheduled departures.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- You can prioritize work projects and have high attention to detail
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have a valid BC Class 4 driver’s license or international equivalent with National Safety Code Abstract for the past 5 years (to drive the small buses). Valid BC Class 1 or 2 driver’s license or international equivalent with National Safety Code Abstract for the past 5 years
- You have experience driving a bus in all weather conditions
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Seasonal position, December through to mid-April
- Hourly wage
