Season Pass Terms & Conditions

As a Season Passholder at Mt Seymour, I understand and hereby agree to the terms and conditions of carriage as follows:


  • All sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE unless Pass Insurance was purchased.
  • Pass Insurance must have been purchased at the time that the Season Pass was purchased.
  • All Season Pass Holders must sign a Release of Liability prior to obtaining their pass. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of children or youth under the age of 19.
  • Season Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility code.
  • Use of this season pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the season pass, including the creation of counterfeit passes will result in cancellation of that pass as well as fines of up to $500 to the pass holder and any other individuals involved. Pass holders may also incur further consequences up to and including legal action.
  • Season Passes are valid for the Winter Season stated on the pass, expiring at season’s end on or before April 30.
  • Mt Seymour is not responsible for the amount of usage by passholder.
  • All passes must be picked up in person.
  • Photo ID will be taken for all Season Passes.
  • If I forget my season pass, I will be required to purchase a day lift ticket. Reprints are not available in the cases of forgotten passes.
  • If I lose or break my Season Pass, I will notify Mt Seymour immediately, and if the pass is not found, I will be required to pay a $65 REPROCESSING FEE. I understand that Mt. Seymour reserves the right to deny pass re-prints. One pass reprint per season per guest.
  • I will present my Season Pass for inspection UPON REQUEST.
  • The personal information that I provided when purchasing my season pass is collected for processing your season's pass application, delivering information and materials related to your season's pass purchase, for other promotional purposes, and for contact purposes in case of emergency. This information is collected for Mt Seymour’s internal use and will not be disclosed except as may be permitted or required by law.

In the case my Season Pass was organized through the Group Sales or Schools departments in addition to the above, I understand and hereby agree to the terms and conditions of carriage as follows:

  • Mail-in applications must provide all payments in full. Applications must be postmarked prior to discount deadline dates.
  • A $50 fee will be charged for RETURNED CHEQUES.
